Millions and Millions were killed,
The soldiers had no sympathy for them being killed,
Drops and drops of blood dripping from the bodies that were shot,
Bewildered people tried to escape such horrible treatment,
They didn't want to be treated as the others,
It was very harsh for them to see their kind die,
The Holocaust may be just a word but it has a lot of history behind it,
It may be Hitler's fault but why did he do it is the question...,
We still remember what happened in the Holocaust,
We hope it will be remembered for many more years...........

Capital Punishment a.k.a Death Penalty

Death Penalty or also known as Capital Punishment is killing someone who has committed a serious crime and for doing that he or she have to pay with death, or in other words the execution as the consequence of a crime. In some states it is a legal and and in often times practiced.
Though in other states it is wrong and cruel. I mean... In what ways should the Government be allowed to pass laws that involve killing?It is absolutely wrong and horrible to do to a person. Even though the person did wrong by killing another they should not deserve to die and get done with it, they should stay in jail and suffer the consequences...
Death Penalty is a cruel way of killing a person. It is an example of cruel and unusual punishment because it is sick and wrong. No human should deserve to die in that particular way!It is morally wrong and it just shows cruel punishment to the family.The family of the murderer should not have to suffer for the criminals actions. Even though they aren´t getting hurt physically they still have the same blood flowing in their body.By killing the murderer it will not bring back the victim it will only reduce the people in the state or country.Death Penalty is the harshest from of punishment that nowadays it is used in the U.S.Sadly it takes another´s person´s life besides the victim´s...
Do like to see or hear people die? The criminals family is just in pain as the criminal him or her self. his or her mother...destroyed by the fact that her son or daughter are being killed, tormented and she can do nothing about it. What if it was your brother...sister....what would you do? How would you feel?It is not easy to see someone being killed specially if it one of your family members...When someone dies there might be more room for others but it is harsh to see what and hear judge may decide when the person get sentenced. Death penalty shouldn't be allowed to be used on people!
Right or wrong? Capital punishment is of course wrong. It is UN-human!No one should have their life taken. It is God who should decide when the right time is. Death Penalty is horrible because it not only hurts the criminal it also hurts the criminals family. No society should be able to take anyone´s life away just because they want to prevent further crimes. There is no evidence that by killing the criminal, the number of deaths will reduce. It is not only the one´s that are kind of well stabled, it is also the poor. Most people only see criminals by their actions but don´t realize why they did that.In other words they only see the person´s actions and not the reasons why that person committed such crime. So think about it if you ever think that Death Penalty is the way to go....
sports report: what happened at the game?
What happened at the games?
They boys dominated the school pueblo at there first game. The varsity won 16 to 0. Only one person in the other team hit the ball. The Jr. varsity won 16 to 9. The girls didn't do as well as them. The girls Varsity lost 5 to 3. All the runs were made by the short stop. The Jr. Varsity lost to something like 16 to 9.
The varsity girls team was doing an amazing job at there game. The pitcher has only been pitching for about a day and she was able to strike people out. Without the pitcher no ones knows what would of happened. Thank god for her. The coach did a good job at training them for there first game. What was weird is that, pueblo all ready had a game. That was a disadvantage to Borman. The girls did every thing they could do to try to catch up to them. At least we did get murdered by them. We only lost by two (2), which that is not a lot.
The varsity boys did an outstanding job at there first game against pueblo. Our pitcher just kept throwing strikes all game long. Eventually only one person hit the ball. Later through out the game he got out. Our pitcher hit at least three (3) home runs. Every body else in the team hit the ball. Pueblo had also had a game before the boys. Which was also a disadvantage. They still managed to beat pueblo with all there might.
I don't really know what happened at the Jr. varsities game. They were away and they represented us very good. They boys did an awesome job. Even though pueblo scored we scored more than them.

Softball and baseball should be respected games. Everybody should be respected the coaches, the players, the fans, and the umpires. Everybody is a big group that makes the game more interesting.

rock music
Music...sounds that sooth us. Words that unite us. These are just some of the many things that music can do.But today im gonna focus on one genre.This genre is hard core very loud and deals with the guitars.I think you know what im talking about...ROCK!!! Wonderful rock some say music from the dark side others different.
So as you already know rock is all im gonna talk about.Spacificlly alternative rock and metal.Lets talk about a well-known band flyleaf.But while many loud rockers reopen old wounds by singing about their broken homes and broken hearts.Flyleaf confront past traumas to heal old scars and prove in the process that hope shines brighter than despair. Flyleaf's self-titled debut album echoes with songs about abuse, neglect, addiction and dysfunction.All in all there becoming quite a band.
Now we'll switch over to another band called evanescence.They have been around since the end of 1999.And there still going strong.So far they've come up with 4 albums Open Door,most recent Oirgins, Fallen, and Anywhere But Home.
Evanescence has sold nearly 18 million albums worldwide to date.There probably well-known because of there melody like piano sections.
Now for the final band im gonna talk about is one of my personal favorite..... Paramore ;3. Now there knida new they have only made one album so far "riot!".They announce that they have the talent, the passion, and the songs to take themselves to the next level. Hayley(LEAD SINGER) first met Josh Farro (guitar, age 19) and his younger brother Zac (drums, age 16) while they were together in school four years ago. After adding Jeremy Davis (bass, age 22), Paramore was formed in 2004.People say there gonna make it to the top, i think there well on there way.
I hope that I have gave you a little info on these rock bands.Maybe if you love hip-hop and read this you'll might think differently of rock music.Hopefully ive informed you enough to the point where you might like one of these bands.I know i will actually already do.Now remember rock isnt all about screaming.Well see ya' later.

HIV and AIDS in Africa
HIV AND AIDS IN AFRICA:
Sub-Saharan Africa is the most affected place out of the world by aids and HIV.About 22.5 million people in Africa had HIV at the end of 2007.There are four southern countries in Africa that have more than 20% of it's population that have aids.South Africa is experiencing on of the most severe HIV and aids epidemic in the world.At the end of 2005 there was about 5 and a half million people living with HIV.Almost 1,000 deaths occurred every day due to aids.
It's not possible to cure aids or HIV so the people that have it will have to live with for the rest of their lives, but their lives will be cut shorter because of that disease that they have.It's possible to treat the symptoms but they'll still have to live with the disease until they die.Almost one in five adults are infected by that disease. The rate that the disease is spreading through out Africa is 100 hundred times bigger than the United States, still the sex activity is the same.
In some of the countries in Africa they expect the people living there to only live about forty years of age. More people in Africa are getting HIV/AIDS due to the shortage of nurses.So there would be less African Americans right now that wouldn't have that infection but they do ,and one of those reasons could be that they don't have a nurse to attend them and try to prevent them from ever getting the infection.
We need to do something to help them ,we have to remember that they are humans just like us. I'm sure that if the United States was going through an HIV/AIDS epidemic that other countries would see what they can do to help us, maybe not Africa because there is a lot of poverty over there,so they need to help themselves before they can help us.We should raise money to send over there so they can buy medications to help prevent the infection.Maybe the IMPACT money can go over to Africa next to help decrease the aids epidemic.
Can condom's help prevent people from ever getting the infection? The answer is yes 90% of the time they do prevent from ever getting the infection.I've enjoyed writing this article.I hope that you learned as much of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Africa as I did.Hopefully the aids epidemic will soon decrease or actually be over with.

Do you go to a school were you have to wear uniforms? Would you want to be able to wear whatever you want every day to school. Well their are many schools that prohibit you from wearing what ever you want. The reason why some schools do not let you wear what you want is because they want to protect you. That is why they limit your freedom in school so they can protect you. But we should be able to wear whatever we want to because we have the right yo able to wear whatever we want.
We should have the right to wear whatever we want to because we have the right. We should be able to wear whatever we want because it is a way of expressing ourselves. But the reason why they do not let us wear anything else than uniforms at school is because they want prohibit your freedom so you can be more safe. Schools think that it is not a good thing to wear normal clothes because they think that if you get to wear whatever you want students will more crazier because they are wearing normal clothes. But other reasons are because their are many different kinds of gangs in school. So sometimes what you wear can mean what gang you are in.
But letting students wear whatever they want is a bad thing too. It is a bad thing like I said because their are many different types of gangs in the school. Their are many types of gangs in school, their are gangs that are cool with each others. But their are some gangs that hate each other and that is a bad thing, especially if you have gangs that hate each other that are in the same school. The reason why is because, if you let students let them wear whatever they want to school, they might want to wear something that represents what gang they are from. If their is another student that is from another gang and they wear something that represents what gang they are from. That can be a bad thing because if they are in a gang that hate each other they might end up fighting and get them in allot of trouble just because of what they are wearing.
But we have the first Amendment to back us up. The reason why is, because in the first Amendment it says that you have the right to wear whatever you want. 2008 Election
You might think that politics is a bad choice for this news paper but I would have to disagree. Politics is not an uninteresting subject but it's actually really exciting because the candidate who will be chosen as presidents will have this country in the palm of their hands, any small mistake will cause suffer throughout this America. It's also something which many people look forward to because of the great feeling it's when your favorite candidate has won the role for president. Although the elections are a long process it's great to be informed on the progress that all the candidates have made throughout all these months in the running. There's also many candidates who reunite together and help each other like Barrack Obama and John McCain. I believe that this article will change your point of view on politics and you will become more informed about each and every candidate's objective for the United States.
Barack Obama was born on August 4, 1961 in the beautiful island, Hawaii and is considered as one of the youngest candidates running for president. He is happily married to Michelle and has two young daughters, Malia and Natasha. Before telling everyone about his president candidacy he tried to stop smoking and even though he never thought of himself as a heavy smoker he was determined to stop. One of many activities Barack enjoys is basketball which was a sport he participated in his high school's varsity team. Senator Barack was also the first African American to graduate Harvard, but also graduated from Columbia University,and attended Occidental College. Barack was a former civil rights lawyer,won a spot in the Senate for being the former senator of Illinois, has worked as the community organizer, and university lecture before being Senator. Barack Obama is also a part of the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee which provides our country with health care, schools, employment, and retirement facilities. His family and himself attend Trinity United Church of Christ which adopted the African American Value System. " I'm asking you to believe. Not just in my ability to bring about real change in Washington.... I'm asking you to believe in yourselves too", with senator Barack Obama's help we will be able to accomplish change.
Hilary Clinton was born on October 26, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois and is the only woman candidate who has ever ran for president. Before running for president she was also the former junior senator governor form New York City. Hilary was only one of two brothers she had, she was very happy in her child years and was considered a sports lover. She was also very found of her church and is still a very religious person by following her Methodist beliefs. Hilary attended Yale Law School where she served as the Board of Editors of Yale Law Review and Social Action, which was there where she met Bill Clinton and he can still recall when he starred at her and she responded,"If your going to keep staring at me that way I'll introduce myself", and from there on their relationship had started. Hilary Clinton served as first lady for 12 years balancing many things such as being a mother, wife, lawyer, and being involved in public service. As I mentioned Hilary is a mother of one, but of course Chelsea is now all grown and helping her mother in the campaign with the younger crowds in search of a good president. This is one quote from the lady herself which really touch me in a great way,"Everyone's lives are a mixture of different roles. Most of us are the best we can to the right balance.... For myself personally, that balance is family, work, and service".
You might ask yourselves what is so different about John McCain but he has one of the biggest differences than all of the other candidates which is the support of immigrants, Republicans are usually against undocumented worker, but John McCain has helped many of those needed undocumented families. John was born in the tropics on August 29,1936 in Panama. McCain's family followed their father's footsteps and were apart of the Navy, their family attended about twenty different schools because they would move from many naval stations in the United States and the Pacific. As a child John McCain had a very quick temper and a drive to complete ad prevail. John McCain entered the United States Naval academy and was known as a friend, leader, and stood up for those who were bullied. John McCain became a naval pilot of attack aircraft after many years of training. On July 3, 1965 John McCain got married to Carol Sheep and then a few years later John and Carol adopted two children named Doug and Andy who were five and three years old at that time. Senator was a prisoner when going to the Vietnam war and his imprisonment had begun on October 26, 1967. He had been flying his 23rd bombing mission at Vietnam and when suddenly his 4-AE was shot down and after the shooting McCain and fractured a leg and both arms, nearly drowned when he parachuted in to Truc Bach Lake. When he finally regained consciousness a mob had found him, spat him, kicked him, and stripped of his clothing. After a few years from the war he had a second marriage. He is the former senior United States senator of Arizona and ran for the GOP presidential nomination but lost to George W. Bush. " For all the promises made in this campaign, has any candidate spoken the truth to the American society about the government's role and failings about individual responsibilities?", if John McCain is nominated as president he would is probably the only one who will speak the truth.
Now, that you've read this article you're more informed on some of our candidate's personal lives and fortunately if you have the appropriate age to vote this might help make you mind up. This election year has been focused on change and differences we've never had an African American candidate, nor a women candidate, and a Republican who supports immigrants, and now one of them has the chance to win. We can only hope that candidate chosen for president will accomplish all his promises, we really don't want someone like our former president who promised things and never made them possible. In order to make this country great we need a great president and we can only obtain him/her if each and every one of us votes!! I personally that anyone of these candidates can accomplish many things for our country but it's up to you to choose.

Funny crazy stories are are stories that are hilarious (FUNNY) and that are crazy that you cant even believe it.Like a story that is called CRAZY TEENAGERS.This story is true and its funny for kids that are my age in there teens.
One day there was about 8 kids/teens there names where Nancy 13, Christan 14, Jenn-av 13, Marc 14, Sabrina 13, Josh 14, Ciara 13, Eddie 13.They where at the park just hanging around being there selves and they all had drank monsters plus they shared a red bull before they had left home.They were hyper like a little kid eating hundreds of chocolate bars every second of the day.Marc, Jenn-av, Christan, and Nancy wanted to go get ice cream but Sabrina, Josh, Ciara, and Eddie didn't they wanted pizza from Peter Piper Pizza.Marc said ''well i guess we have to split up''Sabrina said ''Why''Ciara said''Duh sister we all want something different''Duh'' your so a blond''Christan and Nancy just looked at each other and laughed like they were crazy and Nancy & Christan said ''we don't need to we all could go to the same place''Josh said ''ummmmmm what did you say'' I don't get you'' Eddie said ''I don't get you guys either ''we all want something different just like ciara said''Nancy said ''I know duh'' oh my gosh you guys we could go to Peter Piper Pizza and get pizza plus you can like get something to drink its cold and like you can get cool.Every body looked at Nancy and then they all just starred to her like as if she was on something or like she was crazy.Nancy was all surprise and told everybody that that they need to start thinking and that they need to get the point.They all were like oh yeah i got it no i don't and like they were so confuse that they were Stuttering when they were talking.
Christan had told Marc and Josh what Nancy was thinking and like they got it and told every body what i was talking about.Everybody i said ''SODA'' out loud and Jann-av said oh my gosh i can't believe that i didn't get it I'm so a blond and she said that she is turning into blond because she hangs out with ciara to much.They all started laughing and so Eddie said that ''yeah you need to stop hanging around ciara''.Marc and Josh told everybody that they needed to pay with there own money and that they were going to get what they want.They were all so happy that they were singing barney songs to each other.
Their first song was I LOVE YOU.They were singing loud and proud.People that were walking around them just looked at them and said that they were to young to sing those songs and that they were to stupid.Nancy and Eddie didn't care what they had thought they were just happy that they were there self's.Josh had really got in to hyper that he started doing things that he wasn't suppose to do because like it was in public.Josh was like farting and and burping out loud.He didn't care he was just hyper and like he didn't really know what he was doing at that point.Everybody loved that day and like hey loved it that they didn't remember that next day.

Christan had told Marc and Josh what Nancy was thinking and like they got it and told every body what i was talking about.Everybody i said ''SODA'' out loud and Jann-av said oh my gosh i can't believe that i didn't get it I'm so a blond and she said that she is turning into blond because she hangs out with ciara to much.They all started laughing and so Eddie said that ''yeah you need to stop hanging around ciara''.Marc and Josh told everybody that they needed to pay with there own money and that they were going to get what they want.They were all so happy that they were singing barney songs to each other.
Their first song was I LOVE YOU.They were singing loud and proud.People that were walking around them just looked at them and said that they were to young to sing those songs and that they were to stupid.Nancy and Eddie didn't care what they had thought they were just happy that they were there self's.Josh had really got in to hyper that he started doing things that he wasn't suppose to do because like it was in public.Josh was like farting and and burping out loud.He didn't care he was just hyper and like he didn't really know what he was doing at that point.Everybody loved that day and like hey loved it that they didn't remember that next day.

I went to the Museum
My sister took me
We where just walking on by when i saw the most cool thing ever
It just caught my eyes
It was shaped very different from anything else
I couldn't keep my eyes off of it
I asked my sister what it was
She responded with a silence
I kept on asking,and asking,and asking
Until she finally caved
She toled me it was an art project but she didn't know what it was called
So i went and asked a lady "?What is it?"
She had an answer
It is a headdress made 1000 years ago by The Indian tribe
?Is it out there?
I dream of someday finding the right person to spend my life before its over
I imagine somebody else caring for me
I think of the right person to share my thoughts with
I feel the urge to go out and find that special someone
I touch my heart and tell myself to keep looking
I can keep looking and looking
But is it out there?

You order your tickets for the movie you want to see
After you get your snacks.
Then you sit down in our seat and stuff your face
With Popcorn,Hot dogs,Nachos,And all those other sweets
You start to Enjoy the movie like if you where in The biggest suite
You get so bored that
As time flys by you fall asleep
You wake up in the middle of a scene
Then You just realize you got the wrong screen
A Simple Little Swing
One night daddy came home
He had left me and my mommy 1 year ago
I thought he wouldn't come back
I thought he didn't love us anymore
But the day he came back he brought me a special present just for me
He asked if i could forgive him and if i still loved him
My answer was yes and yes
He hugged me and gave me a big kiss and said THANK YOU
He asked if i wanted to open the present
I responded with a big smile
"I guess thats a yes"he said.
He handed it to me and i unwrapped with joy
When i finally got to the end
It was that simple little swing i wanted a year ago

The movie Superhero will be playing on Friday 28 in theaters. This new movie staring Drake Bell, Sara Paxton, Christopher McDonald, Pamela Anderson, and Tracy Morgan, is very similar to the movie Super- Man. Rick Riker, (Drake bell) is just an ordinary dorky teenager, until he gets bitten by genetically alternated dragonfly. From then on he becomes The Dragonfly. He also gets his own villain to fight against. Christopher McDonald plays the part of this super villain, The Hourglass. This villain has the power to steal a person's life force. The genre for this movie is action-comedy and rated PG13.
Next there is the movie Shutter. This movie is starring Rachel Taylor, Joshua Jackson, David Denman, James Kyson Lee, and Maya Hazen. Ben, a future photographer, and his wife, Jane, are now heading to Japan when their trip ends in a halt. The stop when they run over a girl that came out of no where. After the accident, they search for the girl, but find no sign of her. Ben discovers disturbing ghostly images developed after the accident. As they investigate they learn that there are some mysteries that are better to be left unsolved.
Another movie is Nim's Island, starring Jodie Foster, Breslin, and Gerald. Anything can happen in this magical island ruled by a young girls imagination. Alexandra, the author of the Rover Books, leads a reclusive life from the big city. When Nim's father goes missing, faith brings her together with Alexandra. Now they must find strength in one another to conquer the island. The genre for this movie is action-adventure, and comedy. Nim's island is also rated PG.

This year the theaters have been jammed with people,as so many movies have been playing.All of the movies have been a successful hit.Some of the movies that are being played are Drillbit Taylor,10,000 B.C,and Under the same moon.This are the three movies I'm going to be talking about.I'm going to be telling you about what this three movies are about,and things like that.Movies are a great way to have fun when you want to hang out with your friends or family.So when ever you feel bored just watch a movie it will help you take your mind of other things.
Drillbit Taylor was released on March 28,2008.It's genre is comedy,and the director of this movie is Steven Brill.The cast of this movie are Owen Wilson [Drillbit Taylor],Nate Hartley [Wade],Troy Gentile [Ryan],and Ian Roberts [Jim].This movie is about 3 high school teenagers that hire a 'body guard' as protection from 2 bullies that terrorize them at school. There body guard is Drillbit Taylor a homeless guy,that is just pretending to be a body guard so he can get money from them .At the end of the movie Drillbit Taylor defends one of the teenagers from one of the bullies by stopping a sword that the Billie threw.At that moment the cops arrive and see everything that had happen so they take the Billie to jail.
10,000 b.c was released on March 7,2008,It's genre is adventure and drama it was directed by Roland Emmerich.The cast of this movie Starr Steven Strait as D'Leh,Camila Belle as Evolet and Cliffe Curtis as Tic Tic.I n this movie D'Leh falls in love with Evolet but when she is kidnapped by some warlords he leads a small group of hunters to help him safe her.As they look for her they travel into an unknown land ,that has creatures that have never been seen by man.As they travel dipper and dipper into the unknown, they find tribes that have also been attacked by the warlords and at the end their small group of hunters becomes an army.They have to fight with creatures they have never seen before and during that they find a lost civilization that is covered with huge pyramids.D'Leh fins out that his fate was not only to save Evolet but everyone in civilization.
Under the Same Moon was released on March 19,2008 ,and It's genre is drama.This film was directed by Patricia Rigen,everybody wanted to see it since it is based on immigration.The cast of this film Starr's Adrian Alonso as Carlito's ,Kate Del Castillo as Rosario and Eugenio Derbez as Enrique.This movie is about a mother who leaves her son with his grandmother in Mexico so she can go find work in Los Angeles.After spending several year in the Los Angeles she decides to reunite with her son once again.After the terrible death of his grandmother he also decides to go look for his mother.As he journey's to to Los Angeles he encounters many obstacles but doesn't give up and at the end he earns the respect of his middle age friend Enrique a migrant worker.They travel from Tucson To east L.A. but the only thing Carlito's has to find his mother is the description of the street corner she called him from every Sunday.He doesn't know that his mother is only a few hours away from arriving to Mexico.
