activities

It sucks for the 8th grade girls. They have not won any game. The 7th grade girls have. No exact # but about 3 or 4. The 8th grade boys have won 3 or 4 . In Borman we have got many events/activities, and sports. We have already had many sports and activities go on this year. Let's have a recap. The first season we had Cross-country, and soccer. They were all very successful. The boys soccer team won every single game. Except for when they were put to play against Atkinson, they lost. That was horrible. It was devastating to everyone. The soccer girls team is something very different. They had won a couple, that's good.

To let you all know, cross-country is a sport of which they run in their competitions. They had many competitions. The schools would sometimes come over and do their events. Atkinson, Dessert Sands, Estrella and many others came and did running, shut put, disk-ess, high jump, triple jump competitions against each other. At the beginning of the year we have cross-country, but at the end we have track.

This year in track we're having all of these things and something never done before. It's called hurdles. The hurdles are just obstacles put on the track so the runners jump over them while they're running. It makes it harder for them. This should be interesting!

The soccer teams at our school this year were awesome! The boys had won every game. They defeated everyone but Atkinson at the championships. There wining streak had come to an end. All off us were devastated. Our arch rivals had won. People said they even cried. Many people have thought that was funny. It wasn't, the boys had worked really hard. They were having their hopes up, but they were crushed. If I was having that type of presure and enthusiasm I would have cried too. Not just because i 'm a girl but that stuff is tough stuff to deal with.
